The bulk of it falls on the players themselves (especially Carlos) and a certain former manager who decide when and how much someone pitched (Eyre, Howry, Z). Larry's part in all that is minor, even if he is the pitching coach. You can pick any pitching staff in the majors and have the same complients. I'm not sure if it's Larry's fault on every pitchers failures...
