  1. No specific pitch count. Lou said between 90-100, per Len.
  2. Matt Cassel's brother is a relief pitcher for the Astros?
  3. Sleepy-time for the offense.
  4. That's Tschida, for the record I was aware. It was a poor attempt at humor.
  5. Z's two-seamer is working...lots of movement.
  6. Tim Cheeta is gonna start squeezing Z now.
  7. I can't believe only 6k tickets were sold for tomorrow.
  8. All Cubs' fans. Z looks really sharp right now. No sausage race tonight, no Bernie Brewer there either.
  9. Suicide hotlines better be extra staffed tonight. No need to be crude about it.
  10. what did Drayton Lane do? For one, they could've played in St. Louis.
  11. Lilly's going, Len confirmed it as well. Z looks sharp.
  12. Len and Bob think the gun's hot.
  13. That fastball to Bourn looked good. No pitch speed for WGN. 98 and 99 according to Len, but I'm sure those numbers are cooked.
  14. I think the Astros are wearing their road unis to silently protest. Are the Cubs wearing their homes? I'm not watching. No, they have on their road unis.
  15. This is wrong. The Brewers have been selling out for a while now. Selling tickets are one thing, people actually walking through the turnstile is another.
  16. Lee continues to look silly at the plate.
  17. Yeah it does. Hmm... So the way to calculate the magic number is Leader games remaining (16) + 1 - difference in losses (67-58 = 9) So our magic number over the Phillies and Astros is 8 If the Phillies win Saturday its still 9 If the Phillies lose sunday its now 16 + 1 - 10 = 7 BUT Houston is still tied for the WC, and still % points ahead of Philly. And for us the magic number to eliminate them from the WC is still 8. So I believe the answer is no, it cannot. Are you talking about overall or just the division? If the Brewers lose, the number goes down. I'm talking about the WC Gotcha. You were correct.
