Solid if unspectacular hitter with some pop (.275/.329/.458/.786 - BA/OBP/SLG/OPS - 16 HRs, 49 RBI) and wide versatility in the field with the ability to play all 3 bases and the corner outfield spots. Likely it was more to deal Wheeler than to gain Wigginton, but he's not a bad return.
