I don't agree with that, but we are all entiled to our opinions. Because Wade Miller made several starts at the end of the season, and did QUITE GOOD, even with lower velocity. For that, I beleive he showed he was actually rehabbing, and getting better. Therefore I think he will make a good amount of starts next year. I really look foward to him contributing in some way. I also disagree that our offense won't be great. For 1 derrek Lee will be back, Aram is entering his prime, and we now have 3 big bats, not just 2. i hope your right. i do think of the 3 (miller, prior, wood) that wade has the best chance of remaining healthy. as far as Aramis entering his prime...YOUR RIGHT MY FRIEND!! Aramis is a flat out stud. im thinking he tops 120 RBIs this year. if Lee stays healthy, it will give us 3 solid bats with the addition of Soriano. again, im not ready to say we'll be great offensively though. im hoping to hell Hendry doesnt ink Marquis. im also in the camp that doesnt think Jock should be traded unless we get somebody relatively decent. anyway i look at it, even as we stand now we're a better team than last year. but as we stand now im not ready to predict playoffs. i some of the more positive people around here are right.
