    I will say this Macias has hit when plays a full game..Now of the bench is where we have problems..

    Regardless of anything..Baker makes some dumb moves questionalbe moves good moves and excellent moves..The win now and losing is unacceptable mentality has taken us over as Cubs fans. Because of that we've become overly critical. He I like the guy, he gets his team to play. Player like him and want to play with him. My 2 cents..

    If you remember back to when Nomar got injusred and Neifi became our SS. He was one of the only players on the who wasn't first pitching. He did have a good approach then. I don't know what happened to him??

    No problem at all moving the thread.. However I forgot to mention.. Corey looks totally stiff in the batters box. He does not look comfortable at all..I might go try to catch the series finally tomorrow and give another report.

    You would think you might see some improvment just a little..But both ground balls were to the 1st baseman he's still trying to pull everything.

    Last night I witnessed the Iowa Cubs who were brutalized by the Oklahoma Redhawks. Corey went 0-4 with a strike out 2 grounds outs and a pop up..His swing has not changed one bit. Scott Williamson was nasty last night. He struck out 2 and the next batter grounded out to second.
