I was going to point out that there is more than new contracts, but nobody is getting too insane of a raise this year. Fukudome - .5 Dempster - 1 Byrd - 2.5 Grabow - 1.1 Ramirez is actually getting 1.15 less this year. -
Even if he was still on the team, I have a feeling 34 would have been available to Kerry.

It will be depressing when/if he sucks. But I'm so glad to (maybe) have him back. And if it gets Cashner in the rotation (Chicago or Iowa) it's a positive to me.
