    I would feel a lot better about the NLDS if Jake was hoping for the Mets to win because he's scared of the Giants! But he doesn't care, so the Giants are going to win and sweep the Cubs.

    that team with the best record rarely wins narrative is so dumb, sports things happen when they happen except when they don't. Are the Cubs going to win the World Series maybe/maybe not but it's going to have nothing to do with their regular season record. They have the same chance as 5 other teams, and slightly better than 4 others. I feel like they are going to '07/'08 Cubs and fall on their faces right away, or they are just going to march through and lay waste to everybody.

    yeah when Bruce Miles retweets these guys, I go to their feeds and it just complaining everyday, one I remember alternated between tweeting @ a couple of the beat writers and like Len I think, that's all it was - tweets at people cubs related complaining nothing else at all. There was one like two weeks ago that was complaining about something that Joe did, and said Joe is the reason they hadn't made it to 100 wins yet :lol:
