If the price is right wouldn't mind grabbing Kiké Hernandez to further fortify the bench. weird how he frames it as some bold strategy, best case scenario they are trying to make another trade they are working on payroll neutral worst case they are trying to lower payroll.

    Addison Russ is trending on twitter and I thought it maybe some dumb team rescued Russell from South Korea, but there is actually a pitcher named Addison Russ that the Yankees just traded for was real tempted to make a thread "The Yankees are going to take a chance on Addison Russ"

    in the year 2020 a 56 year old man claiming he didn't know it's a bad thing to say is almost more offensive than saying it.

    I came out of the stands for the super emergency start and now here we are. Putting this up now before I forget. The White Sox are putting a guy on the mound that is most famous for saying the Astros would repeat as champions because they're not the Cubs... only for his team to be eliminated in their bid to repeat in the exact same round in the exact same number of games as the Cubs did in their repeat bid. There were also most probably cheating while getting beat. Unfortunately he's also famous for being the exact type of pitcher that the Chicago Cubs can never do anything against no matter what players are on the team. The Cubs counter with Chicago Cubs legend and postseason hero Jonathan Tyler Lester.

    In an interview with Bulls.com AK seems to have some confidence that the draft is better than people think it is, he probably wouldn't come out and say it's bad but it's something.
