Isn't Hill the #4 starter and scheduled to start tomorrow anyways? I would hope they aren't dumb enough to try to skip his spot in the rotation for Marquis. It sounds like if Marquis is good to go tomorrow, he'll pitch, but if he's still too sick, it's Hill. edit: Nevermind, beaten by Bruce.
