    I hate it when the Cubs play at noon on Saturday and I have to work at 3. Yeah, it sucks knowing you'll have to leave in the middle of it. Maybe they'll be up 10-0 so it wont be like your missing much. Except Z's perfect game...

HAHAHHAHHA oh man..I almost spit my drink all over my keyboard after seeing that pic The funny thing is I've had this forever. Gotta respect all of the Saved by the Bell love!

    I'm on leave today, so this is personal time! Yay! And I have no idea how you can even compare what Kerry Wood makes to the average American. And then somehow relate it to the rest of the world?? Because to 90% of the world's population you're just as privileged, lucky and undeserving of your money as Kerry Wood is to you. So I guess you can never complain about your job now. The difference is no one is making posts about me and feeling sorry for me not having anything to do for the next 50 years, like you are for him. I never complained about my job or said that I was lucky to have my job!

    Poor guy. Hopefully that is enough free time to spend the millions he has "earned." You act like that is a bad thing, and he has no other redeemable quality or trait.

    I konw exactly what you are saying. I was seriously turned off of the Cubs this year. I really quit paying attention in June. I have been so far removed from baseball that it really didn't affect me when the Cards won, even though I live 20 minutes from ST. Louis. Also during the world series I couldn't fathom peoples excitement for baseball, even though I shared their same excitement back in 2003. This season has completely ruined Cubs baseball for me.
