    Booing Riot or the call? Riot looked worried that they were booing him. It was probably both. ugh it was the call they were booing. i was watching. Theriot got applauded on his way back to the bench. not to mention the fact that they chanted "Ryan! Ryan!" for about the last 3 pitches of the at-bat He's a tough kid, he'll be ok. Hopefully the guys can get him a Championship ring. I know it was tough for Ryan to leave the team, even though it was to go to the Major Leagues.

    Actually no, we realize Riot was in the Minors a week ago. What's your deal with Ryan anyways? You came in to the game thread trying to put words in my mouth when I asked why Riot didn't come in the game.

    I'f you mean Riot walking out of the dugout, getting in a cab, and going back to wherever he's staying, then yes. if you mean Riot actually touching the field, let alone hitting a home run, then no. ha ha

    Yes, and the irony is amazing. I bet Walker is at fault and missed a sign there, since it can't be Dusty's bad decisions that hurt the Cubs or anything. Agreed. I can't see why people rip on Dusty, how many years had it been since we had back-to-back winning seasons before Dusty got here?[/recalling the past]
