Either way, this one needs to be laid to rest. Personally I think that a guy should have to have the ambulance sign to be able to be pulled out. After all, I know that Valverde has sucked pretty bad. However, if I want the potential reward of getting points on saves I should also have to accept the risk for putting him in the lineup. I prefer setting the lineup and leaving it with the exception of swapping active starting pitchers or removing a player that's hurt. Earlier in the year we all commented on the day off factor. If a person can take a player out for playing bad then everyone should be able to switch a player at least once. For example, if my main outfielder is off Monday and I have a reserve that is playing Monday I should be able to play the reserve Monday, and switch back for Tuesday if we're going to allow players to get pulled for bad play.
