    Big game for the Jaxx tonight to say the least. Let's hope Lord Charles makes a ton of appearances.

    I wanted to be sure to make it known that a copy of BK's report on Gallagher was given to Sean over lunch this past Saturday afternoon in Jackson. In appreciation to Bob's Keeper, Sean signed a copy of the report!

    With the wins yesterday, the Jaxx are tied with the Smokies for second place in the SL North, 1 game behind the Lookouts. The next 10 games are crucial to the Jaxx if they are going to be serious contenders for the postseason. The Jaxx play 5 against the Lookouts in Chattanooga and then come home to Pringles Park for a 5 game series against the Smokies.

    According to Ron, Bobby Brownlie was sent to Daytona last night and Clay Rapada was to return to West Tennessee. Bobby got around an hour east of Nashville (roughly 175-200 miles from Jackson) when he was called to come back to Jackson. Apparently Rocky is hurt and that busted the transaction.

    Serena and her friend Paul were able to make it to Jackson last night for the Jaxx game. She will be interviewing Jake Fox this afternoon at the park and will interview Sean Gallagher and Chris Walker tomorrow. Great times!

    Agreed. A pitcher may only last 2/3 of an inning but start on a night that the team puts a ton of runs on the board to come from behind and get the win. On the same note, a pitcher could throw 8 scoreless innings and get no offensive support and watch the team lose 1-0. I don't believe team wins and/or losses in starts are a fair measuring stick for pitchers. BTW, I am loving the discussion in this thread.
