  1. more than New Orleans Minnesota Seattle off the top of my head i think the coldest game New Orleans has played in this year was upper 40's in NY What about the Giants?
  2. He'll be back after his induction into the HoF.. Assuming he gets in as a Cub.
  3. Has anybody tried simming this game with CPUs in Madden 07? I guess you can release injured players before you do it.. It didnt help my sim though. The Bears lost 37-7. Some notables: They had 5 turnovers. I remember one was a Grossman interception for a touchdown. Deuce rushed for around 70 yards. Best 2 of 3? Someone else should try at least once and get back to this topic. Make sure both teams are CPU though, cheater.
  4. Channel 212 for Directv. I wish I could watch it though. We had guys on the roof of our condo fixing a few problems caused by animals, and one of them decided it'd be a good idea to mess with our satellite dish. So now we have to wait for the Directv people to come fix it. Normally we'd go up there, but after all the freezing rain there's a nice layer of ice up there. I don't feel like falling 4 stories onto a parking lot trying to get my tv back up and running. And you call yourself a fan. Let me put it this way, it took me about 45 minutes just to get enough ice off the windshield of my truck so I could drive it yesterday. If it were for a game I haven't seen, I'd gladly risk it. With NFL on 24/7, the channel shows this sort of stuff all day. I have no doubt it will be on at least 5-6 more times before the Bears/Saints game.
  5. "Bradley says he's probable for Saints game" http://www.suntimes.com/sports/football/bears/211210,SPX-News-inj15.article
  6. What I like about Benson is that he never gives up until he is 100% down. That makes it a lot harder for the defender to tackle him, and the team gains a lot more yards in the long run.
  7. *Puts on glasses* Dear god. It's somebody from ESPN.
  8. Oh I'll be watching. Being a Chicago fan, you've got to savor every big victory becuase Lord knows they don't come around very often. You know, I really like when NFL Network and other programs that show Sounds of the Game.. Like what players are saying before, during, and after the plays.
  9. If anybody cares, they will show this game on NFL Replay on NFL Network (Channel 154 for Dish) tonight at 9:30 pm CT.
  10. Looks pretty sick. No way they'll be wearing those this weekend, though. Yeah. Those unifroms have a "dominating" feel. Doesnt the home team choose the uniforms?

  12. Anyone have a good guess on what uniform Bears will choose? I'm gonna guess this one: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/d/dc/BearsOrange.png with the Saints having a regular road one http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/80/NO_3565.gif
  13. I dont think its all on him. He has an agent, and they're just taking advantage of the market.
  14. T-minus 106.5 hours. The nervous factor is still there. Like many here, I am constantly thinking about this game. I have a hard time sleeping. I promised myself to give up certain bad habits until the Bears lose. I havent visited those since, and I hopefully again. Bears really need to find some weaknesses while watching tapes of the Saints this week. Especially in their HB, Deuce McAllister. Dont get me started about Brees..
  15. T-minus 136 hours. :x I cant wait.
  16. End your career where you started it, I guess.
  17. It doesn't matter where my expectations are, I'll be more than upset with a loss. That being said, my expectations are through the roof. I like building myself up for a huge downfall. I'm the same way. Without the horrible lows, we'd never be able to fully appreciate the tremendous highs. Go Bears. I dont know about you guys, but I've been constantly thinking about the Bears. Its like the 2003 NLCS mentality.. we're 1 win away from the final step.. and I really hope the Chicago team succeeds this time.
  18. He went to Naperville Central.
  19. You know what the good part is? The entire city of Chicago can cheer for the Bears. It isnt like Cubs or White Sox playoffs where most fans (except bandwagons) are split, everyone can come together on this one. That being said, I have no idea on what to expect from this game. I'm thinking I should keep my expectations low, because of they lose, I wont be as upset if my expectations were high. There's only one real source that credits the Bears so far, too. SI... *sigh*
  20. Is anybody here gonna record Saturday's? I wont be awake for most of those.
  21. That was for last week. I wanna see their faces after 90% of them being proven wrong.
  22. They showed sounds of the game during Bears Game Night Live. Charles Tillman sure does yell a lot during the game. He's like Pedro Martinez or Jose Lima of the ballclub.
  23. What was LT talking about during the press conference? What exactly happened? The classy situation??
