Pretty hard to forget about this game when you lose Soriano for perhaps a month. Sori will be missed but it's not like he was constantly on base or driving in a lot of runs. The Cubs might actually be better off in the short run with someone else leading off. It makes our already light-power hitting OF even worse. I fail to see how this is going to benefit us. You knew something like was going to happen to further magnify Hendry' unwillingness or inability to get another bat before the trade deadline. uhh.. No we didnt. Where did you get your crystal ball?
