The Cubs have dramatically improved their starting rotation since Opening Day, adding Kevin Gausman and Clay Holmes at the deadline to complement Shota Imanaga, Matthew Boyd, and Edward Cabrera. But when you compare them to the Dodgers, Brewers, Phillies, and Braves, there’s still plenty of reason to question their October ceiling.
