    Lolololol this guy the Cardinals bring on the road for PBP was talking about how easy it has been to hit a dong at Wrigley before Castillo hit that dong. He then began to ponder why intentional walks are down, saying it must be some sabermetrics thing. He then quips, "I always said more base runners, more problems."

    Remember those really weak lineups where would complain about 6-8, 6-9 in the order? This reminds me of those.

    Yep, it has nothing to do with 2 successful bunt hits and nearly a 3rd in the late innings last night. Fortunately, the wind is supposed to be howling out and I think our dongs will prevail. Boy, yeah, that tried and true tradition of easily maintaining what worked in one game; "we got a couple of bunt hits the game before, so let's just keep doing that!" Ranks right up there with, "hey, that guy should just keep hitting away from the shift" and "let's just hit some more home runs!" To be fair, this is why we've scored like 5 runs/game the past month.
