Agreed with that sentiment. We'd need to be confident we could resign Adam. Quick question, is there any chance this means absolutely nothing? No callup, no trade, nothing? Because that seems hard to believe. Barring the HIGHLY unlikely chance that both were injured, I would have to say no. This may be a very big night (or next day) for the cubs. PS- If it's Tex, I'm going to cry. Where would we play Tex? He's only a first base/DH right? He's played right field. When? (I didn't go past this year, but all his at bats were 1b and DH...not that I"m against it at all...just curious) 03 and 04... though only 7 games in 04.

I was at this game too. Insanely hot that day. A buddy and I went down on an impulse, I was still in work clothes, but man, was it worth it. The most confusing and exciting play I've ever seen. My first game was my 7th birthday, June 18th 1988 vs Montreal. Don't remember a thing about it. -

son of a....and I was listening on the radio...supid dish network... luckily my tivo lets me know when channels are added, otherwise i was waiting until friday.

You can't get the chicago sports channel on Dish network? Why not listen to the game on WMVP's website? i really can only listen to baseball on the radio, everything else i can't stay focused on for some reason...
