    It may not have made any difference. The reality is Caissie has carried the offense today and nothing from Tucker lately suggests that he would have.

    Tucker hasn’t been effective. Sitting him right now is not throwing in the towel. It can be argued that if he starts over Caissie today that we most certainly lose.

    The 9.0 games back didn’t hit me until I actually typed it. ☹️ Rest for these guys has been overdue. The absolute lack of a bench has had such a massive impact on this slump.

    9.0 games back and only 38 games remaining. He’s got to save his bullets for the Wild Card race and we need the healthiest version of Tucker we can get for the home stretch.

    I really disliked Gene Honda when he took over for Harvey Wittenberg for Hawks games because he was so dramatically different. I have since adjusted to him and he’s just “meh” to me now. The video board “entertainment” at Wrigley is what I find most obnoxious. I don’t need all that and I don’t understand why anybody does.
