Seiya read that ball terribly and cost them a run. No clue why he’s still the main right fielder with Tauchman (now injured) and PCA on the bench

Morel once again trying to hit it 475’ instead of starting a 2 out rally with runners on. So sick of him. At this point he isn’t “unlucky” he’s just a bad hitter

This is all 100% on Hoyer. Counsell is essentially playing a man down in the bullpen because they’re keeping a sympathetic roster spot for Hendricks. And Hoyer insists on signing reclamation projects for bullpen arms. Only year that kind of worked was in ‘22. Every other year it’s been garbage.

The team already has too many outfielders but I think this team could stand to try Canario or Davis. Just try something. Can’t keep trotting out the same starting 9 every game and expect something to turn when it’s been almost 2 months of awful awful offense. Be aggressive. Try SOMETHING.

I had more fun watching the ‘22 team than this team. More fire and passion in ‘22 than this team. Much better bullpen too.

I really think Hoyer wants to copy the Rays in terms of spending and development. The biggest problem with that though is Hoyer is absolutely atrocious at his job.
