  1. What in the holy crap is going on? Why can't we fix our bullpen? It seems to be a huge problem EVERY SINGLE YEAR. I cannot count the number of games we have lost because of the damn bullpen.
  2. I'm sure it meant a lot to Imanaga and Suzuki to play in their home country.
  3. The fans are overwhelmingly dodger fans and it is not like they need any more help this year. Dave Roberts has to have the easiest manager job in the majors this year. No Betts or Freeman and they are handling the Cubs like a minor league team.
  4. Shaw will get a hit first, then a Cubs win, and last Tucker gets a hit. I mean he is only 1 for 20 something in spring ball, so it makes sense to list the Tucker hit last.
  5. Did the Cubs really waste two home games by playing in Tokyo?
  6. It is clear by Hoyer's actions that making it to the playoffs and not a World Series is the goal for the Cubs organization. He has done very little to keep up with the Yankees, Dodgers, or even Mets at this point to even want to make a World Series run. You've got to spend money to make money, the Yanks and Dodgers have proven that. Cubs will not likely win a world series until they start signing players and not just picking them up for a year.
  7. What should be top 5, 3-0 Chicago; is now a one run Cleveland lead.
  8. So what should have been a strikeout, turns into an RBI single for Cleveland.
  9. This almost reminds me of the Padres game earlier this year when they blew a 7 or 8 run lead to lose the game.
  10. Time to get Taillion out of there. No reason the Cubs should lose this game!
  11. Cubs have been their own worst enemy in this game.
  12. Amaya is safe if he actual ran that one out. Just plain laziness!
  13. I will gladly tip my cap when the the Cubs get beat straight up. But when you watch the final product they are putting out there on the field most days, they are playing to lose these games. Have to find a way to turn it around and soon!
  14. Just like so many other games this season, the Giants didn't win this game; the Cubs lost it.
