Yeah they might run into 100+ but they are not hitting a 96 slider hard. I just hate how good the Brewers are at developing. He's throwing way more strikes than we thought he would.
-
I think eventually he'll be a 70% TS and challenge PER record. Just an absolute freak. Should fill at least 1 hand with rings with those skills.
-
Jesus dude have you ever visited fangraphs? You divide the Ks by Plate Appearances, not ABs. Walks have to be accounted for.
-
Yeah they have a big problem with Shota facing the Brewers. They dont chase and they pound him in the zone. Idk what they can actually do about it but he shouldn't have faced Bauers because he can at least run into one or crush a meatball; take your shot against Renifo and Ortiz IMO.
-
This game would be a lot different if they IBBd Bauers and went after the horsefeathers dork with the green metallic/blinking belt
-
Holy horsefeathers my first Wrigley game in 30 years and this...
-
Sinker, cutter, grounder merry-go-round They are not hitting anything hard.
-
What's the best path to take for parking by Wrigley ? Park and take the red line?
-
Primed to face Miz tomorrow, surely
-
Stupid Royals should have gone after Wetherholt.
-
Really good win. Gave up a decent lead and came back to smack them the horsefeathers down.
-
NLC about to go .800 on the day again lol
-
Lets go, blow thing open, 10+ runs.
-
So many horsefeathers walks, and I thunk he should not throw a hard changeup. Not enough gap in velo from his fastball. Not impressed.
-
2005 NL East all finished 500 or better. Nationals finished at 81-81 and were 81-78 with 3 games to play.

This might have set the record for weakest home run ever hit. Shouldn't count against a pitchers FIP lol https://www.mlb.com/video/emmet-sheehan-in-play-run-s-to-jung-hoo-lee?partnerId=web_video-playback-page_video-share -
We were really close to taking that series even though the offense did jack squat
-
Yeah gotta give it to him, hes been absolutely outstanding. Fun to have a possible big development win like that for the org.
-
Was following on GameDay, he has sucked, and it was a pitch out of the zone. But fair point.
-
Totally flummoxed by how absolutely ****** Bregman has been

I'm not worried by that schedule TBH. If they win at least 4 division games i think they win 11-12 and win the division. -
If you dont subscribe to war then you're probably going to like PCA even less than Happ. He won't hit at a "superstar" level and he'll K a ton but he's pretty much a lock to be a top 10-20 player because of the overall package.
-
Misiorowski capped his night again with 103 on his 93rd pitch. Also threw a 97 slider and a 90 curve. This dude is not fair.
-
Brewers have even turned Misiorowski into a strike-throwing machine. Theyre possibly going to lead the division soon.

What a horrific signing
