Dodgers drafted Mizzou QB Sam Horn in the 17th round. He had some top 100 rankings but he still has football eligibility and hopes of starting for Mizzou football this fall.

If you assume all pitchers break and often, maybe it's better to get them coming off injury rather than when they're healthy and about to break? Nothing behind that theory.
