  1. I'd go 60/30/10 coaching/D/O Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Teams aren't prepared to constantly play call from the 50. Reverse psychology fucks them up. Trestman evil mastermind like his no timeout game last year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Gould isn't really hurt Trestman just knew we wouldn't attempt a FG and need onside attempts late Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Now my idiot friend with 4 Bears in his starting lineup is having a great week. What a [expletive]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Apparently someone's got to die where's that white cop when you need him Would require one of our players to appear threatening. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Nope. just black, we have tons of those guys. Our players are like Obama in mom jeans and a bike helmet. Not REALLY black Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. Then they get to fire him, rebuild with a completely fresh start and lock in several more years of job security. They're surviving Trestman, they're not surviving the next failure. No reason to start that clock a year early. Not so sure about that. If the Bears fail again next year Emery and Trestman both have a convenient one year left. Easy time to fire both and start fresh. If Emery hires another guy he stick with the new coach for a few years.
  8. Playing a guy in fantasy with 4 Bears playing is kinda no fun
  9. Two foot long 4th down conversions is so #Bears2014. Smh
  10. Not roughing? Eta- nvm other angle showed a block
  11. It always kind of felt he was just a FO spy or something anyways. Don't need it now, right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. 1. Brandon Hyde, we never hardly knew you 2. 5 posts and no tampering jokes? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. When he grows/ages out of it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Oh I was too focused on Tucker. Was he saying "Stand Down"? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. What am I supposed to be looking for in the GIF? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I don't know a ton about College football coaches but just based on record, these seem like pretty crappy hires for Florida and Nebraska. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I think you gotta account for Jays fumbles as that causes a big hit to his overall efficiency over a "normal" QB. Also re: Clements, I though Philbin was the QB whisperer there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. All that crazy [expletive] will line up for week 17 and the Bears will lose to Minn 31-0. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I definitely gave up on the playoff machine after last week. Now giving me a reverse standings generator (yea you could use Yahoo) and I'd start my addiction back up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. sorting offers? how long could that possibly take? a couple of hours? You'd think the most important thing is years and total salary but maybe they're going through all the other details. Could me there are offers with vesting options or some otherwise complex structure and stuff or even them just going through seemingly small stuff like AS bonus if the offers are close. Still shouldn't take too long from the lawyers standpoint, but maybe longer to relay all that info to Lester? Or just agent posturing to try and drive up offers. Or Muskat trying to buy time on her end and we're not to the point off all final offers being in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. My future sister in law is a Cowboys fan - though she roots for the Bears when Dallas isn't involved. I guess I'm okay with a win. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Bump it up to 145. Lock this up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I think the authors main point is the advanced stats aren't accounting for it properly. Essentially we are possibly looking at a "decision making skill" which could be evaluated on a normalized basis or specific to situation (runners, personnel, game score, etc) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk But errors are included in UZR, unless he's more prone to errors in high leverage situations his error rate would already be accounted for. Maybe I'm adding too much of my own thoughts on top of the authors (re- decision making), but he pretty clearly states throwing errors aren't being properly accounted for. Maybe it's for a different reason, that he doesn't expand on, but that is his point I believe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
