  1. Great timing on this article lol http://www.chicagofootball.com/2014/12/10/the-coaching-path-of-chicago-bears-offensive-coordinator-aaron-kromer/a3s711h/?page=1
  2. So add Kromer to the list of season end scape goats? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. He's playing better now but he also has a fairly established record of crappy offensive play for me to forget about completely. If he keeps up the scoring or even regresses just a little I think he'll probably outproduce Melo over the next 5 years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. PTR is gonna pay interest only for all six years. Poverty is a vicious cycle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Also saw today that the Cubs have a flexible pay schedule with Lester. Essentially each year isn't a set amount but they can defer payment some years and pay him more in current years subject to what the Cubs plan to do with the payroll that year. Supposedly it is pretty unconventional and Lester only agreed to it because of his relationship with Theo/Hoyer. Would that also have something to do with the supposed restrictions from the Zell sale? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I wonder what the best and worst 30 day WAR was the past few seasons. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. We had a lead that big for a short time against Tampa and Trestman went conservative. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Also the Jimmy emergence. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I don't understand what a "signing bonus" paid over the life of the contract means... Like $5M in advance at the beginning of each season? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. There's still really good reason to care. Yea but I'll be checking the minor league box score after the MLB one finally. It's like a cool little side piece instead of my primary concern. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Who cares, he won't be on the 2015 MLB club and its a team actually worth caring about. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. What's midseason opening day? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I'm really bummed about my money league. Down 12 going into the second week of Rd1, but had so many chances to close that gap. 49ers only put up 1 vs the freaking Raiders while Balt put up 11. I had two injuries (Ellington and Jackson) and nearly grabbed Charles Johnson (Minn) of waivers who put up 16 (I instead grabbed Chris Johnson who just gave me 6). Then Matt Ryan had a huge night and Brees put up 13. Brees better make it up to me vs the Bears this week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Hopefully someone reports Dodgers just to give everyone a good scare before finalizing it's the Cubs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Don't eliminate games but pay the players for these extra games. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. So we either gave up a 19 year old top 15 prospect who throws in the upper 90s or a 20 year old prospect who throws I the low 90s and outside our top 30. Cool. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Seems like 6 at large bids with the top two getting byes would have been the sweet spot this year. Only negative is diluting the Jan 1 games a little. I wonder if they did expand to 6 or 8, they do Rd1 early enough to put the losers in the other Bowls. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Yeah, he wrote that in his article on it this morning. Owners having to sign off on bids and such. Theo tried to sneak an extra 0 on to the PTR's original generous offer. 6 years 15M wasn't generous enough? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Second highest point total in Round One wasn't enough (144.8 to 148) . At least it wasn't a money league. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Monday night and last week what occurred with traffic for a prime time Bears game... Not too surprising. Hopefully people just don't show up though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Edit somehow post got mixed up to a new thread- blaming Tapatalk. Edit number two I was still in the "right" thread but definitely confused myself once I saw a baseball post instead of TV talk. In short- go Parks and Rec
  22. McClellin singled up on Graham all day I'm sure. Mel Tucker. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. And it really shouldn't effect our pursuit of Lester or another Ace. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Our CF are Alcantara and Sweeney right now, correct? I'd be okay with some Alcantara insurance and Sweeney upgrade. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
