  1. Nah. I just like baseball fans. I start paying attention to the Blues when they're in the playoffs. I don't think that makes me much of a hockey fan.
  2. If I may, there are plenty of bandwagon Cardinal fans. They're the ones who you see taking selfies during the games and are in the party rooms at the stadium eating and drinking and paying 0 attention to the game. Of course the club loves them because, let's face it, they don't make near as much $$ w/o them. I don't consider a fan a die hard because he happens to have enough money to go to the park often so he can be seen. I like fans who still watch the games on TV when they're down 8-4 in the 9th.
  3. Hello, Cub fans On the occasion of this unprecedented series, I thought I'd join your site and join you in reveling in great baseball. I'm a Cardinal fan but I'm first and foremost a baseball fan and some of my best memories are of talking to the fans of other teams at Kaufman, Shea, Old Yankee Stadium, Fenway and yes--many years ago, Wrigley. I'd invite some of you to my home site http://www.birdsonthebat.org for the same purpose. Like all sites, it has its share of grumps, jerks and know it alls. But it is also home to plenty of good baseball fans. So, I hope my visits don't offend and I promise to be cordial. I'd wish you luck but, heck, that'd be a lie. Happy postseason.
