Soriano has flat out sucked at the plate. Let's hope he steps it up soon. I'd hate to see him booed at Wrigley. I would think the Fonz is still pretty far off from being boo'd thus far. I'm sure a lot of Cubs fans, including myself, are still in a http://www.spscriptorium.com/SPinfo/StanInLove.jpg kind of love with him and will cut him some slack. -

I would pick Cedeno. He should have been charged with that error too. No way are you going to turn a DP in that situation. Get atleast that out at 2b. Cedeno is proving that he is not a clutch player. I don't think he was trying to turn a DP, I think he was trying to not get his leg broken. He would have made the play and not broken his leg if he was clutch. Or a gamer.

He threw 16 pitches, it probably would've been pushing it to go another. Now he's available tomorrow, which is good since Howry and Dempster may be coming off back-to-back appearances. Wuertz's arm can withstand 100 straight curveballs without any fatigue occurring.
