Seriously. I was not a good baseball player by any stretch of the imagination but one thing I could do was lay down a bunt. It's not a hard concept. Stick your bat up there, keep it level, and let the ball hit it. -

I hope he exploded on the team after the game. I was cautiously still optimistic as early as last night. It's a young season. But good teams don't lose today's game. Good teams don't go 0-7 in games decided by 2 runs or less. -

I realize you're joking here but Golden State did go 3-0 against Dallas this year - although in the last game Dallas didn't play Nowitzki, Howard, or Stackhouse. I'm not saying Golden State will win the series but I don't see a Dallas sweep. Dallas in 6. Oh I know, GS definitely wasn't my first choice for the first round, especially since Nellie knows this team inside and out. Should be a good series. -
He's been a decent relief pitcher, its ridiculous that he's shutting people down as a starter. I'm not very tough so unfortunately I probably couldn't hit you hard enough for that. You can use chairs if you want.

...has given up 3 runs or less to the Mets, Brewers, Pirates, and Cubs now. The league hasn't been able to hit him so far-maybe they will be able to their second time around. Right now he's pitching very well though-he has only given up 3 runs in his last 20 innings. Exactly.....how the hell does this happen? Honestly, he hasn't been that bad in his career as a reliever. He's pitching great now, it's time to stop saying "omg how did Braden Looper beat us" and admit he's pitching great.

That's pretty much Isringhausen's MO, too. The thing is, he hasn't blown a save yet to my knowledge. He's due. *Barrett GS in April 2006* I still have that video on my computer. I love it.
