Hahha I love the comments on that link I hate that CC is coming into the division but I'm not that bent out of shape about it. I'm glad it's a guy who pitches once every 5 games as opposed to a guy who hits every day. This makes Milwaukee very tough but they still have a lot of question marks with Sheets' health (as always) and their pen. If Hendry can land Burnett or Harden and stay away from Wolf and Maddux (I don't have great confidence that he will), then I'll be even less concerned.

Excellent! How long before he gets sent to Iowa to see if he can keep this up against better hitters? Slow down. 1 more start at Mesa at the very least, and I'd prefer 2. From there probably 3 starts in AAA(I'd do AA, but it's not a big deal) then majors if he keeps it up. It's a big step, but there's still a lot ahead of him. Yeah I'd say 1 more at Mesa and then send him to AA or AAA to work on his stamina and get him stretched out. I'd say late August is a safe bet for his return, assuming everything goes well.

Best mascot in college football. And this is coming from a hardcore Tennessee fan. Colorado's buffalo, Texas' bull, Otto the orange and, obviously, Smokey are also favorites of mine - but Uga is simply awesome. Zippy of Akron won the mascot battle last year and is the first undefeated champ but I regress because he isn't the best I'm biased and like Purdue Pete because no one is even remotely like him. IU is the worst they don't ever use theirs to my knowledge. All it is is a guy in a suit as a regular white dude with red hair and a IU cowboy hat on. As my dad says their is no such thing as an Indiana cowboy.
