Everyone knows he's having a crappy season; there's just a tedious contingent of Cubs fans that seem to really be reveling in it. I'd rather have him playing well because it helps the Cubs not only now but in the future and even if he's not in the Cubs plans, he's an attractive trade piece. Right now, I don't think anyone wants to touch him for the price people think he's worth and that's bad for the Cubs.
