    "Don't side with management" is a pretty good mantra in most walks of life, but it's especially prudent when you're some kind of dolt who, again, thinks everything about a baseball team needs to be replaced EXCEPT the manager. That you try to pass off the idea of building a team around a manager, like that makes ANY horsefeathering sense just proves, yet again, that your dumb bit horsefeathering sucks. Managers matter very little in baseball anyways but Maddon is clearly top 5. He's not bringing in players like Heyward, Chatwood, Darvish, etc that can't perform. Who brought in the players that went to 3 straight Nlcs and won a World Series?
