3-1 I know Ronny hit it well, but when you are down 6 you should take two on 3-0. why? He got a pitch to hit and it was 3-1. Why go to 3-2 when you can hit 3-1 hard? Agreed. His odds of doing anything productive drop when taking a meatball for strike to get to 3-2. Not only that but he hit the ball well and it would have gone right up the middle had it not struck fatty contreras and bounced right to teh 3b

Listening to the radio it sounded like JE tweaked his ankle crossing the 1st base bag. The trainer came out but Edmonds stayed in the game. I dont think I could handle another major injury. Actually he tripped coming out of the box. looks like after he swung and tried to take his first step he landed wrong and did something to his ankle/calf/lower leg. Is he still in the game? Yes
