Please do, because I am cautiously optimistic. I think since I am still a ways down on the list I probably will not get a chance this year, but maybe next year. Tell those guys to get us some more W's!

Let me know what they say, what is your spot on the list? I checked this morning and I am still 2960. I wonder if the top 3000 on the list get invited.

I think that you should check your number again. Call the Cubs season ticket office, you may be closer than you think. They sent me an info packet via email and it seams to be the case that if they cant contact you or you do not show up for your appointment, they fore-fit your place in line. I guess if this is the first time they are doing this, I guess I am going to have to be the one to let everyone know how it goes!

Hello all, this is my first post, life long Cub fan, first time poster. I received an interesting phone call yesterday from the Chicago Cubs. My wife registered me for season tickets about 8 years ago when I described my perfect retirement to her as going to every home game. Well I might get my wish quite a few years early. I got a phone call from the Cubs yesterday about an "event" for season ticket waiting list members to select their season ticket seats on December 10th. My appointment is at 230 PM, Wrigley Field, Gate K. Has anyone been through this? Can you give me some insight to how this works? Thanks for having me in your forum, Carl
