    Josh Vitters has never had a full year at any level in the minors. He is also young for the level he's currently playing in. He is doing OK at the plate, but not great. He is not ready for a promotion. ... OK?

    Blackburn makes it seem like he's signed, since he said he's going to Arizona. He also wasn't expecting to get drafted until the 2nd round, plus he wasn't really considered a "tough sign" according to BA. I'll be surprised if he requires any overslot and kind of expect him to come in a tad under slot value myself. For some reason I was under the impression his commitment to ASU was strong. D'oh.
