Looks like Purdue has their first 2014 commit, 6' 6" wing Vince Edwards from Middletown, OH. Word is that after the Willis debacle Painter won't take commitments over the phone so it won't be official until they can have a face to face. He was drawing interest from O$U, IU, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Xavier, and Dayton amongst others. I'm kind of surprised to be honest. I thought with the 2012/2013 classes loaded with talent he would play wait and see with the 2014 class instead of taking a commit this early. Edwards looks like the real deal though.
