I like Soriano, but that contract (like mentioned before) is a eye sore. He isn't going anywhere for a long time.

We never seem to score on the west coast either. When do we play a team that will allow us to score again? Home vs Pittsburgh next week. We should be fine then. Write off the next five games though. The Brewers need to hit a slump ASAP.

Home plate just seems so far away right now. The Cubs are going to need the Cards to make some errors and fast. Carpenter is on cruise control.
