    I don't mind Lou but who would be a viable replacement if came to it? I'm sure Trammel would become the guy for the time being, but who would be considered for 2010? Sandberg? I'm just as pissed as everyone else but firing Lou isn't going to do much. I think he's done after the season anyway because he just doesn't seem like the passion is there anymore.

    The thing is, on paper, Hendry didnt put together a bad team, not this bad anyway. Granted, he over paid for these players, but they're still good players that should be scoring runs. Theres no point firing Hendry now, not until the off season anyway. Its not like firing him will undo the moves he made. There was a lot of risk in his moves an none have paid off. I just want the piece of mind that he's gone out of the way. I hated the Miles signing from day one and was leery of Bradley as well. Hendry has a lot to answer for considering the nosedive this team has taken based off a lot of those moves. Then there is the Soriano thing..... ](*,)

    Pitchers can adjust to Fukudome but he can't adjust to them.

    Gotta hand it to Jim Hendry for putting together such a thin team. Hendry needs to be out of town ASAP. He's terrible.

    Soriano needs to go but with that "outstanding" contract Hendry gave him he's here until it's up sadly. That guy isn't worth 10 million. Fukudome might be in his last year as a Cub if he doesn't turn it around. See Soriano explanation for Bradley. This team is a freaking mess because there are problem in the infield as well.

    Check out these glowing averages so far through now..... Soriano .230 Fukudome .258 Soto .223 Fontenot .218 This team sucks right now. Sucks hard.

    Yes players have to play, but Hendry handcuffed this team by terrible choices in the off-season. Nearly everything that could go wrong has. Thank God this division is bad because that's the only hope the Cubs have in making the playoffs.

    I am still trying to figure out why Patton has a roster spot. He's rarely used and isn't very good even when he does pitch.

    The Cards would be foolish not to pay whatever it takes to keep Albert. He is the face of that organization. Go Twins.

    Gregg takes a lot of heat (I agree he makes the 9th nerve racking at times), but he's done a pretty good job this season.

    It's a good thing the division isn't good because otherwise the Cubs would be in a major hole. This offense (or lack of) makes me sick. So does Soriano and his contract. Nice .238 average.

    Jim Hendry dismantled a solid club last season. Players have to play, but this team was shaky going into the season.
