yeah, that's his M.O. he's been like this in every stop. as long as he doesn't do something that'll get him suspended and plays the brand of ball he plays, i'm a happy customer.

good to see the frustrations with Fukudome's postseason play not trickling into his placement here. i think he's going to come back into form. one of the few instances where i'm cool with a player playing in the WBC too.

yeah, i'm not hating this lineup that much either. not crazy about it, but i'm not hating it. like some of you mentioned though, i'd rather Soto bat in the middle behind Bradley though.

i can't help but think that they're the team to beat in the NL as well. they made quality moves in the offseason, and if they go through with their plan to get an ace (i keep hearing Pedro's name floating around), they will be the team to beat. i'm still riding with our Cubbies cause i know we'll make it to the post season, but the Dodgers set themselves up nice for the regular season.
