  1. Like 5412 I got the "call" this past week in the form of an e-mail from one of the team's sales coordinators. Like some have suggested, they are expensive. I went with what I could afford, hoping I can go to the games I can go to, sell the rest on stubhub or ebay and make some money back, and enjoy the playoff rights (hopefully this year). We'll see. I put myself on the list about 8 or 9 years ago so it moves relatively quickly. Granted, that was before the 2003 season. Two years ago, I was number 1190 or so. I have to believe that they contact many more people than they actually have tickets available. People die, change contact info and don't notify the team, move way out of the area, or just plain can't afford them. Have faith!
  2. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. Contact hitter with speed on second. I like this.
  4. Good speed on first and a guy that can drive the ball at the plate. I like this.
  5. you must be new at being a cub fan. LOL. No, just trying to will us to a win
  6. I'll take it. Would have been nice to have Lee on 2nd with ARam up.
  7. If Sori doesn't swing at a 3-1 fastball, you know it's a ball.
  8. You're right about our vantage point and our perspective isn't changing inning to inning. There are pitches the CArds are getting that we're not.
  9. No choice but to swing at that. The strike zone is huge.
  10. I really think Sori's going to have a big year this year. MVP style. He's healthy and well past the first-season-post-huge-contract expectations and pressure.
