Mike Murphy even trumped Rosenbloom last Saturday. I had the misfortune of hearing him rant how the hold up at the time was just yet another in a "long line of failures courtesy of Tom Ricketts. He then went on a rampage insisting that the "right way" to have handled this would have been for Ricketts to go to the Red Sox, ask for permission to talk to Theo, then offer them compensation and get them to agree to it...BEFORE HE EVEN TALKS TO EPSTEIN. oh, the guy with the terrible voice making that argument is Murphy? He's an absolute moron. -
