Had to listen to the radio for a little bit after Romo's 4th pick and they were trying to deflect all the blame off Romo, saying just the last was his fault. Well, one he bounced off the bicep of a receiver, and one was a route mixup, but the other three were mostly or all on him.

Yes, but the refs called the wrong penalty and I don't believe they can change it. That's a hole in the rules, if it's the case. Pretty annoying to cost the Bears four probable points.
