  1. Grimm and Rondon need a stern talking to after the game. Mainly, don't throw shitty pitches.
  2. It's fine that one of our relievrs had a meltdown, but two? Really? After two outs in the innings? Twice? Late in an important game? Sooooo much shitty luck tonight.
  3. Crap, Rondon walked a guy. OH GOD HERE COMES ANOTHER TWO OUT MELTDOWN.
  4. This is the right call. You can't assume extra innings. Gotta maximize your odds of giving the team another shot to bat.
  5. I bet if you watched another team for an entire season, that most of their studs had a couple meltdown outings, too. The bad innings definitely stick out more than the shutdown ones. Also, not a strike.
  6. Is it just me, or does anyone else get nervous when our stud relievers come in despite their numbers, because they've all had a couple meltdown outings?
  7. Way to tie it, there. Now let's please put up a zero against this useless Phillies lineup.
  8. This would be a good time to enforce the blocking the plate rule.
  9. I apologize for my previous outbursts.
  10. [expletive] this, I'm out. Apparently we literally can't get one out to escape the inning.
  11. How [expletive] hard it is to get one guy out out of five?
  12. Christ, knock it off with the curveballs. Paint the corners with fastballs.
  13. Has Grimm ever had a strictly average inning? Feels like he's been mostly dominant and occasionally unexpectedly horrible.
  14. Whoa, the best way to avoid the opponent tying or taking the lead is to score more runs than them? MY MIND IS BLOWN. I feel like your favorite baseball team not performing perfectly at everything all the time is one of those natural annoyances everyone will always complain about regardless of how silly it is.
  15. Maybe if we could score more than one run off someone who only throws curveballs?
  16. Apparently you can be a successful pitcher by lobbing curveballs and sliders into the strikezone. (Yes, I realize how meatbally this sounds).
  17. Are Grimm, Strop, and Rondon all available tonight?
