Len had no obligation to come here and extend a congratulations. He did it because we are Cub fans, and he probably generally respects the members here, at least the ones he has conversed with. You are starting to sound like a Brewers fan.

I'd snatch him up if possible if I were Angelo. Release Rex. I would think Minnesota would also be in the market for Garcia. Minnesota is hung up on Jackson.

I don't really know, but I heard chucky is unhappy with Garcia right now so I'm guessing it's Griese. there was a report out yesterday (ESPN bottom line) that TB tried to trade garcia to SF, but SF said no. I think Gruden is done with JG Why? He's been pretty good for them, no? I dont know, but its Gruden. he is pretty quirky when it comes to qb's. I tried to find an article on it, but I cant seem to. I think the report was weird. it read something like "TB contacts SF on trading Jeff Garcia, SF declines". If thats true, it sounds like Gruden just wants him gone.

this will always be the knock on Orton. he just isnt accurate on a ball longer then 15 yrds 80% of the time. Its why I always pined for Grossman so much, hoping his mental lapses would be something he could work through.
