Oh well it is a rental. Hopefully Gamel is in the deal as well. i know melvin is capable of some stupid moves, but i can't see that being a possibility. Why would this be a stupid move??? They already expect C.C. to test free agency at years end. Sheets is expected to try it also, if they both walk Brewers would end up with 5 of the top 51 picks in next years draft..... sorry, i meant to say that including both gamel and laporta would be a stupid move. The move that appears to have just gone through makes perfect sense.
