What happened to the rally boobs?

Is there a limit to how many players they can have on the 60 day DL? I don't know, but since Prior just came off it there's at least one spot on it available. I think Miller's the only player on it now. Cubs.com lists Angel Pagan as being on the 60 day disabled list. I have not seen any announcement of the transaction though.
