    I have come to live with the streaks of Soriano, but his half assing, terrible route running, cant field a ground ball cleanly 2 steps from him in the OF ass is starting to really annoy me in LF. The guy isnt hitting, fine, he will get hot and hit. But, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, play some freaking defense out there. Granted there are times Alfonso frustrates me in LF, I still think he's an above average fielder.

    Ugh. Whenever Soriano's slumping, everyone keeps hating on him. When he's on fire, everyone worships him. Seriously, that's just how he is. A streaky player. Deal with it. yeah, he got a monster contract he didn't deserve. But no amount of bitching will change that.

    I agree, but i feel bad for they guy. He's obviously worked very hard to earn a spot in the rotation, and now he just gets booted out again.

    I believe Marshall has been above expectations. His ERA is over 4.00, but that's mainly because he's taken out with runners on base that the reliever fails to strand. I have seen numerous times that Marshall pitched a gem, but the RP screws him over. Marshall has actually been one of our best pitchers this year so far.

    Marshall, Harden, Wells and Dempster (2008 version) have all played at or above expectations. Ok, maybe Harden shouldn't be on that list, but still. I don't think our pitching has performed below average. I think our team ERA+ last year was 115, which is far from bad.
