is it not justifiable? To be honest, not really. Obviously, it's fine to be pissed about them possibly losing this game, but the end of the world hyperbole is pretty damn annoying. I understand it, and in the game threads I deal with it, but it's really not justified. Cubs>life

I've never seen someone who was so outstanding at the plate and just as plain awful as him in the field. Most high school outfielders would be doing a better job than him in the field, that's really pathetic. Does he always attack the ball with his glove like that, it looks like he is just hoping he catches it.

If the singer isn't someone funny I don't wanna have to see it on the TV. Look on the bright side; at least they aren't being interviewed by Len and Bob this inning. Had it been a celebrity, we would have had to waste a half inning listening to them plug their next movie/show/book/album/etc. That's the annoying part to me Just let Santo sing it every time. The guest conductor experiment has been a disaster since the beginning. I could live with that
