I dunno about that lineup, but that rotation should be pretty stout. And you're forgetting to put Villaneuva in there as well. I want to like it. -
Yeah, both Harry and Steve are too ingrained in my childhood memories to really hate them. Though Stone has ruined my childhood perception of him by (continuing to be?) being a pompous [expletive] and that call by Harry was pretty terrible (at least during the post game celebration it was) I can see why people wouldn't like him.

It kind of annoys me that we have 2 all-stars and a third guy who just may be playing like one this year (Boozer) and we can't bad teams at home.

Gotta keep him on the floor when Deng gets back. He's too good not to get 25-30 minutes a night. Definitely no reason to keep sending Deng out there for 40+ anymore.

They'll probably turn it on late and get a mid-level seed but I would love to see the 6ers (or someone else) catch them.

It helped the final score that OSU completely went to [expletive] when Thomas went out and stayed [expletive] until the final buzzer. That game was not as close as the final score indicated. I would say that shooting 25% for most of the game(which just isn't too common) and shooting a way lower FT percentage than normal for Iowa kind of cancels that out though.

Iowa played absolutely awful (shot 25% for a good chunk of the game) and lost by single digits, on the road, to a ranked team. I hate losing, of course, but it could be worse than that.

This run is really the only time this game has been that interesting.

3 in a row, 3-1 overall at Iowa with the one loss coming in OT in his first year with a 4-14 team in the Big Ten. Though 3 of the 4 have been at Iowa. Big win. Now 4 of the next 5 on the road and vs. OSU, Purdue, Wisconsin and Minnesota. At least they have a home gimmie with PSU mixed in. If they can steal one of those road games and be 2-3 over the next 5 I'm pretty confident they get to 9-9 overall. The game at Purdue is a pretty big one. Purdue has looked a lot better lately though.

I respect the hell out of Bo for what he's done in Wisconsin, but, I can't stand that guy. Easily the most irritating coach in the B1G. Yep, on the flip side though, if Iowa becomes a solid program, I could see Fran getting on some people's nerves too.
