    Pretty much. I think it was used in Europe against the Russians back in the 70s. The Red Wings made it famous in North America in the 90s. I guess it is pretty popular in youth hockey now. When I was younger and played I had never heard of it, of course that was in the 80s. You guys don't know as much as jaydee, so chill out.
