    I really wish we had gotten buried by June...This would be a lot less painful to watch and we'd get a decent draft pick. That's just ridiculous. WE'RE IN FIRST PLACE! Remember the feeling, we won't end September that way. yeah, because the other teams in this division are so good. They don't have to be good, they just have to be less terrible than this team who struggles to get 2 runs a game. I hope I'm wrong, the 5 games against the Cards will probably be the decisive factor. You say "I hope I'm wrong" but then before you said you wished they get buried by June. Which one is it :lol: just kiddin

WE'RE IN FIRST PLACE! :lol: it's crazy how fast we all turn on the Cubs in a matter of hours. My heart was pumpin last night over Cubs baseball and this game is so frustrating we wish we a last place team because we are losing.

    LOL. Not if you read his latest interviews. I would say odds are he won't play for us either. "Jereme is committed to the University of Illinois," Bill Richmond said. "I hear it a lot, and people can say and do what they want to, but Jereme is going to Illinois. He'll be there at Illinois on October 12th for midnight madness." Ok, "All is well, I am 100%committed to Illinois. Goodnight." Eric Gordon Gordon is different though. He's an Indiana kid for one and also he had more voice in where he goes. Jereme doesn't even look like he's had an opiton since his parents love Illinois.

    Hey who you got in the IL Mizzou game? Am I stupid for thinking U of I has a chance? Yes. Please, you guys aren't anything special. And you guys are a bad football team. We'll see. I bet we aren't in two years. Can you say the same? Suddenly we're talking about the future, I thought we were talking about tomorrow's game. I won't make any suggestions about 2 years from now. Lots of things can happen in that time period. I am excited that this series is back though, but I would prefer if we traded years at each others home fields. I agree, I wish the basketball series would become competitve. It's unfortunate Bruce can't recruit even though he's a great X's and O's coach. Maybe we can atleast get Darius Miller.
